Shipping policy

Shipping

United States Domestic

• All orders are shipped from Portland, Oregon.
• Prints are made-to-order and are generally shipped within 1-3 days (Monday - Friday) depending on processing time.  
• Shipping is complimentary on all prints and $5 flat rate for small items like pins and stickers with United States Postal Service First Class.  USPS shipping time is typically 2-5 days (Monday-Friday) but they have reported delays occuring due to the ongoing pandemic.  
• Please review and ensure you have entered the correct shipping address as I cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the addres you provide.  

International Shipping

• Shipping charges and time frames for International orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout using DHL.
• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PAINTDEAD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Checking Order Status

• When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number provided by the shipping company.
• If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
