Refund policy

I will accept returns and exchanges up to 1 week after delivery (plus shipping time), as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Upon receiving the returned items, I will issue a refund for the full order amount minus a $5 per item restocking fee and shipping costs (if any). Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and must be the same service used as the original shipment (i.e. USPS first class with tracking for domestic orders).
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at jackiepaintdead@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition in order to recieve a replacement.
Remember that I am just a one-woman shop here and I certainly want you to be happy with your purchase! I will try my very best to make it so.
